These Terms govern your access to and use of the Digital Empire Agency website and services. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Digital Empire provides marketing services delivered by a dedicated specialist and supported by the Olympus platform. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in your individual service agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
Plans are billed monthly in advance and are month-to-month unless your agreement states otherwise. You may pause or cancel with notice as described in your agreement. Advertising spend, where applicable, is billed by the relevant ad platforms directly to you.
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials you provide.
Site content and the Olympus platform are owned by Digital Empire. Deliverables created for you transfer to you as set out in your service agreement, typically upon payment.
Marketing results are not guaranteed. The site and services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Empire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
