Questions, answered plainly
It is a dedicated marketing specialist backed by an agency team. Your specialist works directly inside your business and owns the marketing plan, communication and execution. Behind them are Digital Empire's strategists, creatives, media buyers and Olympus AI systems. You get one accountable point of contact without the payroll, benefits or management burden of an internal hire.
Your specialist can coordinate and execute across paid advertising, content, graphics, email, CRM, funnels, automation, reporting and campaign strategy. The exact responsibilities are agreed upon during onboarding. Specialized production such as advanced video editing, development or media buying may be completed with support from the Digital Empire team.
Part-time plans generally provide up to 20 dedicated hours per week. Full-time plans provide deeper daily involvement and broader ownership. We recommend the appropriate model based on your workload, growth goals and internal resources.
Part-time specialist plans start at $500 per week. Full-time and specialized engagements are priced based on scope. Advertising spend, premium software and unusually large production projects may be billed separately and will always be discussed before work begins.
The engagement is not unlimited on-demand labor. Large website builds, extensive film production, custom software development and unusually high-volume creative requests may require a separate scope. Your dashboard shows what is included, what is being worked on and what requires additional approval.
You receive a private task-management dashboard and a direct communication channel with your specialist. Requests are prioritized against your monthly strategy and business goals, so the specialist is not simply reacting to disconnected tasks.
You receive visibility into active work, completed tasks, campaign performance, leads and core business outcomes. Your specialist reviews performance regularly and explains what changed, why it changed and what should happen next.
Most engagements can begin within 7 to 14 days after the agreement, payment and onboarding materials are completed. The first phase includes access collection, tracking review, strategy development and the initial execution plan.
No long-term lock-in to get started. Most clients work on a rolling month-to-month basis after the initial onboarding period, and you can adjust scope or pause with reasonable notice. Exact terms are confirmed in your written agreement before any work begins.
